Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Rug
Carefully roll your rug and place it back into its original protective sleeve or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
